Executive Chef Dave Bennion was born in Liverpool, England. He has been a part of the culinary industry for over 25 years working in four-star hotels and four-star restaurants. Executive Chef Dave has also been a part of the casino industry for 15 years.

Chef Dave joined the Hollywood Casino Columbus opening team as the Executive Chef in June 2012 and oversees all culinary operations. His style of cooking entails only serving the freshest available product, cooked correctly, and served hot consistently the same way every time.
When Chef Dave isn’t joking around with his team of chefs, he loves nothing more than to see his team grow.“There’s nothing better than seeing a steward or a cook working their way through the ranks and becoming a chef. It gives me great pride to know I helped them get there.”
